The Spa

Newly opened in 2005, The Spa at Island Hotel features nine treatment rooms for massages, body treatments and facials. Nail services are also available. Separate male and female locker rooms feature a relaxation room with complimentary waters and fruits, shower and vanity area and steam room. Services are offered a la carte, but all-inclusive Spa Packages can be developed based on guests' requests and needs.

Also newly renovated, the complimentary fitness facilities are located adjacent to the resort-style pool, and feature the latest in exercise technology, including five new Life Fitness treadmills, three Elliptical trainers, three Lifecycles, one recumbent Lifecycle and two Stairmaster 4000s. In addition, a complete range of Life Fitness weight equipment and machines, stretching devices and exercise balls are available. Personal trainers are available by appointment.
